Confirmation and Acceptance
A confirmation letter will be sent to you within (7) seven days of  approval  of your registration application and payment. If an e-mail address is included, the confirmation will be e-mailed. 

Changes, Refunds and Cancellation 
Requests for changes, refunds and cancellation must be made in writing and mailed or faxed to Registrar/ICMA XIV. Name changes may be made before or during the Congress.

A refund, less a $100.00 fee for each registrant will be granted upon written request received (postmarked/faxed) by Registrar/ICMA XIV prior to September 8, 2001.  A refund, less a $150.00 fee for each registrant will be granted upon written request received (postmarked/faxed) by Registrar/ICMA XIV prior to October 14, 2001.

No refunds will be granted after October 14, 2001.

Hardship Policy
Any person who has a genuine financial hardship may apply in writing explaining the basis of his/her hardship. Depending upon the circumstances, a discount in the registration fee may be allowed.
